Document Description
The Program EIR evaluates three development alternative scenarios. Minimum, Moderate and Maximum Probable Alternative, and also the required "No Project" Alternative. The purpose of the alternatives evaluated to the Program EIR is to bracket the range of possible or probable revitalization and development of options. Realization of the Maximum Probable Alternative within the project area could result in the construction of approximately 8,410,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, 1,240.000 of commercial sq. ft. and 1,500 residential units over 30 years.
