On-street parking along Esperanza Avenue east of the Edison power lines will be deleted. 3. On-street parking along the south side of Esperanza Avenue between the Yorba Linda Boulevard overpass and New River Road will be moved to off-street parking, at the same locale, adjacent to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) rail right-of-way, and the number of spaces will be increased. 4. Esperanza Road will be restriped as a two-lane roadway between Yorba Linda Boulevard and New River Road. 5. The number of parking spaces along La Palma Road will be increased.
