Document Description
The objective of the proposed project is to construct upgrades to the Arlington Desalter and related facilities to produce potable water for sale to local water retailers. The proposed improvements have been designed to provide 7.4 MGD of potable water (from 8.9 MGD of raw production water), which requires various system improvements to deliver higher quality water on a reliable basis to the desired service areas. The project includes the Arlington Desalter enhancement, new groundwater well, a raw water line extension, a new potable water pipeline, emergency supply connections, and the Norco Pump Station modification.
