Document Description
The impacts of implementing a Sewer Master Plan for the City proper, as well as the City's Sphere of Influence (SOI) and a small portion of the City of Placentia. The purpose of the Sewer Master Plan is to: a) Identify sewer system deficiencies citywide. b) Establish a program to correct existing deficiencies within the current wastewater system and provide for ongoing maintenance. c) Forecast the capacity needs of future sewer infrastructure facilities for the undeveloped areas of the City and SOI. d) Function as the benchmark to use in the development of a new sewer impact fee program and sewer connection rates.
