Document Description
The San Joaquin Discovery Center, a Science Musuem identifying natural and physical science themes significant to Kern County and California. The museum will be comprised of two major facilities together on a 12 acre parcel of land. One site will be on a 140 ft by 1 ft building housing interactive displays & projects developed commercially, or by students under the mentorship of local industry leaders and science educators. The other facility will be an outdoor area devoted to animal and plant sciences significant to Kern County.
