Document Description
The applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment to relocate the lot lines for 36 existing lots, clustering 35 lots in the northeast portion of the property adjacent to the Garden Farms area. The remaining lot will consist of 360 acres that will include a 10 acre homesite area. The proposed lot sizes will range from 2.9 to 10.5 acres and will utilize shared wells and individual septic systems. Each of these lots have building sites indentified that will avoid existing wetlands and oak trees resources while minimizing grading. The proposed development area consists of a total of 550 acres and is located approximately 1/2 mile north of the community of Santa Margarita, extending between Highway 101 and Norte Road, directly west of and adjacent to the community of Garden Farms.
