Document Description
A Precise Development Plan for the development of a fast-food restaurant, mini mart, fueling station and car wash, in a C-2 PD (General Commercial - Precise Development Combining) District. The facility will be designed to provide services to the traveling public. The property is Zoned C-2 PD and is designated "Tourist Commercial" by the Lost Hills Specific Plan. The facility will provide a gasoline and diesel fueling station, a 4,941 square-foot building which will contain a 3,241 square-foot fast-food restaurant, and a 1,700 square-foot mini-mart, as well as a drive through car wash. Sixty full-time and part-time employees will work at the site. Three 12,000-gallon underground fuel tanks will be constructed. Site access will be from one driveway along Highway 46 and one driveway along Powers Street. The proposed method of sewage disposal is the Interstate 5/State Route 46 Property Owners Association. The Lost Hills Utility District will provide potable water.
