The application is for two Coastal Development Permits. One CDP is to construct an approximately 2,018 square foot one story single family dwelling with a 464 square foot attached garage. Also included in this permit is a request for installation of a drainage system. The proposed project involves the installation of a drainage system within and along the western boundary of Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 065-310-220 that would convey runoff from this parcel and the adjacent parcel to the west, APN 065-310-230/250, to the ocean. The other Coastal Development Permit to construct an approximately 5,500 square foot one-story single-family dwelling with a 490 square foot attached garage.
