The current zone is A70, Limited Agricultural Land Use Regulation, which permits a Minor Impact Utility with the issuance of a Minor Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance Section 2704b.
Document Description
The project proposes a modification of an existing telecommunications facility operated by Pacific Bell Services. Nextel proposes to replace the existing wood monopole with a new monopole of the same height. The new monopole will be a co-location site for both companies. The additional Nextel antennas measure one foot wide by four feet in length. Eight of the new panel antennas will be added to the two existing PacBell omni antennas. Nextel also proposes a new enclosed equipment cabinet, measuring 10 feet by 20 feet.
