Document Description

The building would be situated on a relatively flat disturbed portion of the site. There is a wetland area with a 50-foot buffer zone in the northeast corner of the project site and moderate to steep slopes with a 10-foot buffer along the southern perimeter of the site proposed to be set aside as open space.
