Document Description
The project operator proposes to install a fiber optics cable underneath waters of the State via directional boring below San Lorenzo Creek, a tributary to the San Francisco Bay in Alameda County. The project is along Center Street between Grove Way in Castro Valley and Kelley Street in Hayward, in the County of Alameda, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0840 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Kevin Huneycutt/MCI Metro. This Notice of Determination applies only to the bore the Department identifies in the agreement, and not to the construction of the fiber optics project as a whole.
