SAA #R3-2001-377. This agreement pertains to the Village Square Center "La Borgata Project" located between Raley's Shopping Center and El Dorado Hills Golf Course. Negative Declaration was prepared in May 1991. Authorized activities are limited to the construction of five storm drain outfalls into the riparian corridor of this tributary to Carson Creek and the removal of an abandoned beaver dam that is obstructing normal low flow within the stream.
