The proposed project will also construct a storm drain outlet in the west bank of the West Branch of Llagas Creek in Gilroy, Santa Clara County. Water from the housing tract will be directed through the storm drain system to the outlet. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0654 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Steven Arnold.
