The applicant proposes three proposed project, that have the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the streambed, channel, or bank of a watercourse. The projects involve: (1) installation of a temporary crossing (railcar bridge) on a Class I watercourse (North Fork Ten Mile River); and (2) removal of an 18-inch diameter culvert from an unnamed Class II watercourse crossing. All projects are located in the Ten Mile River drainage, Mendocino County. The property owner is Cambell Timberland Management, LLC, Fort Bragg, California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-0642, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Michael Williams/Cambell Timberland Management.
