Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-371 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ryan McKillop representing Soper-Wheeler Company of Strawberry Valley, CA. This agreement pertains to the Upper Moorville Timber Harvest Plan (#2-98-368-PLU(1)). Activities include installation of three permanent 24" - 36" diameter culverts for class II and class III watercourse crossings associated with new road construction. Rock riprap will be installed to armor culvert inlets. Culverts will be installed with an excavator, backhoe, or bulldozer when the channel is dry.
