The project consists of a road crossing repair, construction of an outfall on San Jose Creek at the end of Acme Court and construction of an inlet and outfall structures on a bypass channel on Pacheco Creek along West Kelly Drive. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0672 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Rob Wainwright.
