Document Description
As part of the development of a single parcel into two parcels, the operator proposes to fill the eastern portion of the property, adjacent to the creek area, at 393 Halon Way, in Bay Point, Contra Costa County. The fill will be graded, creating a 2:1 slope down to the top of the creek bank. An earthen drainage swale will be created along the top of the slope and will direct runoff water to another earthen swale lined with channel liner. The swales will be directed down the slope and onto the west bank of Lawlor Creek. Arundo (bamboo) in and around the creeks shall be removed and eradicated. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0683 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
