This project will install a permanent corrugated metal pipe culvert across an unnamed stream for driveway access to a private residence. In addition, the applicant will be placing rock and gravel around the culvert inlet and outlet to secure it and reduce erosion. The project is located on an unnamed tributary to Wagon Creek, Siskiyou County.
