Document Description
To lease approximately 8,000 square feet of existing office space and 30,000 square feet of warehouse space for the Fulfillment Services Group of the Office of State Publishing at the project location. The Fulfillment Services Group provides products such as pamphlets, video tapes, flyers, forms and paperback books available to the departments customers for timely and cost effective fulfillment services. Approximately 50 employees will occupy this space with adequate parking provided in the parking lot and on the street. Public transit is available within 1/4 mile of project.
