Document Description
Remodel existing combination restroom/shower building at Lime Kiln State Park to provide ADA accessibility and improved visitor services. Retile interior walls and floors and replace existing fixtures. Upgrade electrical (including solar) and plumbing systems as necessary to support facility requirements. Relocate solar assembly for improved power production; construct foundation for frames and install above-ground PVC conduit from panels to restroom. Replace existing corrugated fiberglass roof with shingle hip roof to improve structural stability and provide covered entry for ADA access. Install board and batten siding to exterior of structure.
