Document Description
Replace existing combination restroom/shower building at Van Damme State Park to provide ADA accessibility and reliable visitor services. Demolish existing building and construct new restroom/shower combination building on same site. New structure will overlap the existing footprint and utilize existing utility services, but will be slightly larger than current building to comply with ADA and building code requirements. Work using power tools outside or heavy machinery will only occur between September 15 and February 1 to avoid impact to northern spotted owl and/or marbled murrelet.
