Repair and refinish wooden floor of the historic Recreation Hall at Russian Gulch State Park. Repair and reinforce existing truss system as necessary to adequately support flooring. Refinish floor with historically appropriate finish, compatible with wood and usage. All work will be done in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Measured drawings will be prepared for areas of floor replacement and photographs of work will be taken before, during, and after construction. Bats reside in the general area of the project site; however, direct impact to bats is not anticipated. If bat habitation in structure is found to be a nursery colony or work extends for more than one month, work will then be restricted to the period from September 1 to April 15 to avoid impact.
