Document Description
Rehabilitation and retrofitting of the pool and the cabana to meet ADA and health and safety standards. This will include the removal and resurfacing of the plaster, coping, decking and plumbing. The cabana or shower house needs to be re-roofed and brought up to ADA and health and safety standards and replace hot water heater. The entire community will benefit from the project since only minimal recreational opportunities exist within the community and the pool will eventually face closure without the project.
