Document Description
Department takes lead ageny role pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15052. The project will install a 6" diameter water fire line and a 4" diameter domestic water line buried across an irrigation channel (Shingle Creek) for providing water to a previously approved Shasta County minor land division, for which a Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted. No mature trees will be removed. The Project will have no significant effect on the environment.
