Document Description
Directional boring under Pismo Creek to install an eight (8)-inch petroleum line. The line is completely exposed in a portion of the creek. The old line will be cut at the bank edges and capped. The new line will be bored under the creek channel and cased beneath the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks. The entrance and exit pits will be located in flat open fields located away from the creek edge and riparian vegetation. The bore is approximately 550 feet long and is proposed to be a minimum of 15 feet below the bottom of the stream grade. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0510 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
