The proposed project will be Phase one of a two-Phased project. Phase one will address a temporary (short term) solution for 2001-2002 storm season. Phase two construction will address the remainder of the proposed project for 2002-2003 and will go through CEQA review by the SOCWA. The mitigation and monitoring plans will be implemented at the completion of Phase two, or by March 1, 2003.
