Document Description
Department of Fish and Game takes lead agency role pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15052 (3). The project will install a 48" diameter, 8' deep well casing and a 4" diameter, 40 foot long infiltration feeder adjacent to South Fork Bear Creek, Humboldt County, to supply domestic water to a previously approved private group campground facility (Glantz Conditional Use Permit 98-02). The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
