Document Description
The project will install a culvert crossing across Treasure Creek, a tributary of Coffee Creek in Trinity County, and will place rock slope protection adjacent to the culvert to prevent against erosion of the crossing. Prior to installation, existing deposited sediments upstream and downstream of the proposed culvert will be removed. The project represents a minor alteration in condition of land and water. No mature trees will be removed. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
