Document Description
Pastoria Energy Facility is a nominally-rated 750 megawatt combined-cycle natural gas power plant currently under construction and scheduled for commercial operation in early 2003. The proposed project modification is to allow emission reduction credits to be surrendered prior to the start of operation of the power plant, rather than prior to the commencement of construction.
