Document Description
The operator proposes to repair approximately 20 linear feet of the failing east bank of an unnamed tributary to Moraga Creek behind the residence at 9 Edgewood Road, in Orinda, Contra Costa County. The repair will consist of removal of side material, installation of two rows of a-jacks at the top of slope, and planting of willow shoots behind the a-jacks. The bank will be restored to a 2:1 slope. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0650 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
