Document Description
The operator proposes to install a 1 to 1 1/4 inch PVC septic line across Sonoma Creek to transfer effluent from the home site at 1324 Dawn Hill Road to the leach field at 1325 Warm Springs Road, Kenwood, Sonoma County, Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 050-220-001 and 050-210-005. The septic line will be encased in a 2-inch galvanized water tight casing to prevent any sewage from entering into the Creek in case of a break in the line. Two concrete cable supports will be poured on the top of each bank to support the septic line. The line will be suspended approximately 20 feet over the Creek and will span from bank to bank, approximately 75 feet. All work will be done outside the channel. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0736 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
