Document Description
The operator is proposing to repair a failing retaining wall along the south bank of Lafayette Creek adjacent to the home at 1049 Via Nueva, Lafayette, Contra Costa County. Approximately 72 feet upstream from the street, starting at the 7th post and proceeding upstream to the 18th post the existing failing railroad ties will be removed and replaced with new railroad ties or pressure treated lumber. Existing posts will remain, no changes will be made to the existing foot print of the wall.
