Document Description
The operator proposes to repair the failed southwest bank of San Pablo Creek in Kennedy Plaza Park at the corner of Brookside Dr. and 23rd St in San Pablo, Contra Costa County. Approximately 160 linear feet of the bank will be restored by removing the slide material from the active channel and the meander belt and fill will be compacted to create a stable 2:1 slope. The toe of the new slope will be stabilized using brush layering and other plant material. The slope will be seeded and protected using coconut fiber fabric and planted with local native trees and shrubs. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0546 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
