Document Description
Install a pressure-treated timber foundation inside the existing stone rubble foundation. Existing stone foundation will be repointed on the exterior and injected with epoxy or mortar on the interior. Asbestos-containing materials will be removed and replaced. Interior elements will be replaced or repaired. A minihip will be installed near the chimney to stop leakage.
