Document Description
Replace existing, non-accessible combination building (restroom) in Eagle Point Campground at Emerald Bay State Park to provide improved service and ADA access. Adapt ten existing campsites to meet ADA requirements . New building will be constructed on same site, overlapping footprint of existing structure, and will be serviced by existing utilities. New building will be slightly larger than existing structure, due to ADA and current building code requirements. All ground-disturbing activies will occur within footprint of existing building or adjacent, previously disturbed areas. Excavations will only occur between May 1 and October 15, in compliance with with TRPA and WOCB restrictions.
