Document Description
The purpose of the project is to install a fire sprinkler in the Monterey District's maintenance building from the Garden Road area. Almost all of the trenching for the fire sprinkler water line will be in the pavement area of the parking lot to avoid impacts to trees and endangered orchids. The small area of the water line near the water meter that is not paved will be hand-dug to avoid impacts to shrubs and tree roots. All excavation material will be kept on the pavement.
