The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) is proposing the design of and preparation of environmental documentation for the renovation of Softener Building No. 3 so that it may provide additional work space for the City of Glendora staff and Metropolitan employees at Weymouth and upgrade Softner Building No. 3 to meet the current building code requirements for the intended use.
