Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a high school that would serve approximately 1,300 students, grades 9-12 and teaching staff. The proposed school would include a three-story building and teaching facilities with approximately 200,700 sf, subterranean parking structure with 150 parking spaces for exclusive use by the school, and a 3-story parking structure with 170 parking spaces for shared-use with the public. The project also includes improvements to Belvedere Park's facilities, some of which for shared-use with the school and some for public's exclusive use.
