Document Description
The 2001 Housing Element Update is a comprehensive statement by the Town of Windsor of its current and future housing needs and proposed actions to facilitate the provision of housing to meet those needs at all income levels. The purpose of the Housing Element is to identify current and projected housing needs and set forth goals, policies, and programs that address those needs. It will not require any changes in the existing zoning densities or the Town's existing General Plan's land use pattern, with on exception.
