The subdivision and grading of a 53.65-acre parcel into a five lot industrial subdivision with one open space lot. The General Plan Amendment is to change the land use designation from Unplanned Area to Planned Industrial and to adjust the boundary of Open Space designation based on a biological survey of the property. The existing zoning of Limited Control is proposed to be changed to Planned Industrial to conform to the Planned Industrial land use designation. This document is being re-circulated because of revised mitigation measures.
