Document Description
Timber removal of potential fire hazard trees surrounding an existing single family residence. The applicant proposes a California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Fire Hazard Trees within 150 feet of a Residence Exemption. The applicant proposes to remove approximately 9 redwood trees within a 0.5 acre area. Applicant proposes to burn residual slash material on-site pending approval by local air quality and fire protection jurisdictions. The proposed project will generate approximately 2 truck loads of timber. The 2.5 acre parcel is served with on-site sewage disposal system and on-site water.
