Sunset Land Company is requesting Land Use Permit approval to reinstate a Heliport landing/take-off site on the top of the north 3-story parking structure of the Bishop Ranch 3 Office Complex. A valid Land Use Permit existed for an operating and larger ground level heliport site, prior to the recent construction of the parking structure in its place.
