Document Description
Use Permit for the renovation and expansion of an existing 103 berth marina to include approximately 298 berths with dockside amenities (+/- 140 berths to be covered); a harbormaster building with restrooms and marina amenities; a floating and fixed public dock; a fueling station and floating dock at Morelli Park; renovation of the boat launch ramp at Morelli Park; dry-dock boat storage facility for +/-150 boats at Morelli Park; a pedestrian bridge spanning Mormon Slough; new pedestrian promenade from Center Street to Morelli Park; landscaping, picnic tables, security gates and security lighting; and a 212- space parking lot at the southwest corner of Lincoln Street and Weber Avenue. The project area consists of 15 acres of water and 7 acres of land located on the south side of the Stockton Channel between Center Street and Interstate 5. The project is located within the boundaries of the West-End Urban Renewal Project No. 1.
