Request for (1) an expansion of an existing inn from 44 to 80 rooms within four new units and including a new conference/multi purpose building and spa building, and expansion of an existing restaurant from 100 to 125 seats including the enclosure of the existing patio on 10 acres. This request requires the following approvals: a. A use permit. b. Approval of additional development in the Community Separator pursuant to General Plan Policy OS-1c. c. A zone change on 4.98 acres from the DA (Diverse Agriculture) B6 10 acre density, SR (Scenic Resource), Z (Second Unit Exclusion) district to the K (Recreational and Visitor Serving Commerical), SR or other appropriate district. d. A lot line adjustment among three parcels 44.61 acres, 4.98 acres, and 5.07 acres in size resulting in two parcels 49.68 acres and 9.98 acres in size. e. Amendment to an existing Agricultural Preserve-Type 1 Williamson Act contract by rescinding 5 acres and adding 7.5 acres. f. Recognition of six ACC (Administrative Certificate of Compliance).
