Document Description
The proposed amendment will create a new Mobile Home Park designation in the Local Coastal Land Use Plan/General Plan and Change the designations applicable to the Canada Cove and the Hilltop Mobile Home Parks. The proposed amendment will create regulations for a new Mobile Home Park Zoning District, and will amend the Official Zoning Map to change the district applicable to the Canada Cove Mobile Home Park from Planned Unit Development to the new Mobile Home Park District and from the industrial district to the new Mobile Home Park District for the Hilltop site on the north side of San Mateo Road (Highway 92).
