Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2003-5303-3) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Brue Smith/Lafayette Associates LLC. The applicant proposes to construct a 21-unit residential development located on a 14.3 acre parcel at the confluence of Reliez Creek and Las Trampas Creek at 2880 Kinney drive in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. In conjunction with the residential develoment, the Operator proposes to install a storm drain outfall into Las Tranpas Creek and fill the 764-linear foot "Leland access ditch" for construction of an access road.
