Document Description
Coastal Development and Conditional Use Permits are required for the storage, warehousing and distribution use and its accompanying structures in the coastal zone. The proposed development includes a 1,224 square foot (sf) office with a 1,260 sf storage mezzanine above it, a 4,920 sf warehouse and a 4,171 sf truck docking facility which will accommodate six trucks. The new development will be an addition to and enlargement of the operating warehouse and distribution business on the adjacent parcel to the south, but the proposed structures and facilities could be a stand-alone operation if necessary. The subject parcels is 35,600 sf in size and is currently vacant. The parcel is served by community water and sewer.
