Proposal for a time extension for Commercial Development Permit #94-0777 to construct an 80 foot high monopole to support cellular panel antennas, five equipment buildings and an emergency generator; a Minor Variation to allow the use of a different point of access to APN 095-241-04 over APN 095-271-01; and a Preliminary Grading Approval to recognize completed grading of approximately 787 cubic yards of cut and 593 cubic yards of fill to improve the existing access point, excavation of 2,690 cubic yards from the borrow pit for road improvements and construction of a cribwall. Property is located on the east side of Highway 17, about 500 feet south from Sugarloaf Road in the Summit planning area.
