Document Description
General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Development Agreement applications to change the land use and zoning entitlements of 34.37 acres of land. The proposed resultant land uses and implementing zoning are 14.33 acres Light Industrial, 8.52 acres Business Professional, and 9.80 acres Single Family Residential with a residential unit allocation of 49 units and 1.71 acres of roadways. In additon, the applicant requests approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map application to subdivide the 34.37 acre parcel into 4 Light Industrial parcels, 11 Business Professional parcels, 49 single family residential lots, and 2 wetland preservation parcels. The applicant also requests approval of of an Affordable Purchase Housing Development Agreement which requires 4 of the 49 single-family dwellings to be affordable to low and median income households.
