In additon, the applicant requests approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map application to subdivide the 34.37 acre parcel into 4 Light Industrial parcels, 11 Business Professional parcels, 49 single family residential lots, and 2 wetland preservation parcels. The applicant also requests approval of of an Affordable Purchase Housing Development Agreement which requires 4 of the 49 single-family dwellings to be affordable to low and median income households.
