The proposed project would involve the phased construction of a corporate campus proposed by Menlo/Juniper Networks LLC,. At completion, the project would include 2,345,000 square feet of research and development/office space; 135,000 square feet of employee amenity space; a 60,000 square foot "Special Use" Building; a 200-350 room hotel; a landscaped pedestrian and bicycle circulation network; open space and recreational areas; and surface and structured parking facilities.
